Mr. Bockstein previously held a position as Assistant Prosecutor in the State of Florida.This experience has enabled him to offer counsel to his clients not based upon textbook law, but from vast knowledge of the inner workings of the Criminal Law system. He also was the Law Assistant to a Supreme Court Justice on the Criminal Bench, Bronx, New York. He has been involved in all levels of criminal defense including felonies, misdemeanors, white collar crimes, drunk driving (D.U.I.), drug related arrests, juvenile and criminal traffic violations.
